in memory of the 110 Syrians that were killed exactly one year ago, in memory of the 50 children that were slaughtered and the 35 women that watched their kids get murdered before being slaughtered themselves

in honor of the survivors that peered through their windows to the city center, and watched their friends and neighbors get dragged before being raped and killed

in memory of every single Syrian that has died at the hands of the regime and shabiha, but today in particular, in honor of the Houla massacre
